Located in Sinsa-dong, one of Seoul’s most vibrant neighborhoods, Sinsa-Dong Hotel reflects the area’s blend of fashion, art, and contemporary design. Surrounded by designer boutiques, galleries, and cafés, the hotel introduces a distinctive architectural approach through its sloped façade.
To complement this design, Libart’s MAXIMA GUG system was custom-engineered for integration into the inclined façade. D4 and W3 configurations were used for door and window applications, with each solution adapted to the project’s geometry and functional requirements.
This project marked Libart’s first application of the GUG system on a sloped façade. Bringing it to life required detailed design development, careful engineering, and close attention to the integration of the systems within the building’s architecture.
